To about make 10 cookies you will need:
200g butter
300g caster sugar
1 large egg
275g self-raising flour
75g cocoa powder
A splash of milk
1 large bar of milk chocolate
1 large bar of white chocolate
1 Daim bar
Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Cook for 11 minutes, don't worry if they still look squidgy, that's the perfect consistency. They will still cook as they cool, giving you the perfect soft cookie. | |
Cream together butter and sugar
Add egg
Stir in all the dry ingredients
Add a splash of milk
Break up the chocolate with a rolling pin and add to the mixture, mix well.
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Spoon the mixture onto the baking trays
