This is a fool proof recipe for Yorkshire Puddings, you can even make them in advance and freeze them.
Makes Roughly 12 individual Yorkshire puddings
150g Plain Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
4 Medium Eggs
200 ml milk
An electric whisk
Preheat oven to 220 degrees
Pour a teaspoon of oil into each pudding tray and put in the oven to heat
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the salt and make a well in the centre
Beat in the eggs until smooth
Add the milk whisking until the mixture has no lumps
Pour the batter into a jug and remove the tin from the oven
Pour the batter into each individual pudding compartments
Cook for about 20 minutes until the puddings have risen and are a beautiful golden colour.
